Annual Physical and Executive Health Examination Programs
East End Urgent & Primary Care, depending on your age, sex and medical coverage, has designed an all-inclusive comprehensive medical evaluation. Our staff of Board Certified Physicians and medical staff will conduct your examination and review the results before sending you a written report of those results.
Review of Medical History - Through discussion and a patient survey, doctors will review past medical problems and current lifestyle.
Physical Exam - The process by which a health care provider investigates the body of a patient for signs of disease. It generally follows the taking of the medical history medical history � an account of the symptoms as experienced by the patient. Together with the medical history, the physical examination aids in determining the correct diagnosis and devising the treatment plan. This data then becomes part of the medical record.
Vision and Hearing - Detects possible need for glasses and identifies any hearing loss.
SMAC 29 - Blood chemistries help evaluate kidney and liver functions and the risk of coronary artery disease through a review of total cholesterol, lipids and triglycerides. This test also screens for diabetes and gout.
CBC (Complete Blood Count) - This tests for anemia, infection, leukemia, and blood abnormalities.
Urinalysis - Screens for kidney and bladder problems.
